HR Manager (m/w/f)

Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and supportive Human Resources Manager to provide comprehensive HR and administrative expertise to the management. You will be a key member of the team in our office in Tunis and responsible for all local HR activities. If this sounds like an exciting job for you, then join our team!

Responsibilities

  • Managing the recruitment and selection process
  • Working with division managers to determine the qualifications and abilities needed for open positions
  • Creating recruitment plans, interview schedules and evaluation standards in accordance with HR methodologies
  • Handle disciplinary proceedings, terminations, and investigations involving employees
  • Establish orientation and training programmes to get employees equipped for their duties
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or similar field
  • 2+ years of experience driving results in the human resources field
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (French and English) and Intercultural experience

Fullstack developer (m/w/f)

Job Overview

We are looking for a Fullstack Developer to produce software solutions and develop a large and complex software system in the AWS Cloud - a challenging project on which we work agilely with several Scrum teams. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team working from conception to deployment. You should be comfortable around both frontend and backend coding languages and different development frameworks

Requirements

  • Bachelor/Master/Diploma in computer science or comparable field (software engineering)
  • Proficient programming skills in Java/Spring, TypeScript und React is a must

(Junior) IT-Administrator

Job Overview

As an IT Admin at Novobit, you will be the touchpoint with the main IT Department team in Germany in helping manage the IT lifecycle for our employees in Tunis. You will also work closely with the IT Department on adherence to security and compliance standards. This is a full-time position where onsite presence in our Tunis office is essential about 4 days a week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Upgrad, install, and configurate new hardware and software to align with internal infrastructure and company objectives
  • Work daily with Access Management, Change Management, and Problem Management
  • Act as the primary point of contact and support for employees and provide timely responses to internal support requests
  • Managing equipment purchasing & setup
  • Analyse, prioritise, and comprehensively document IT-related issues to ensure effective resolution
  • Take charge of the IT requirements, ensuring optimal functionality and performance
  • Maintaining documentation

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience as an IT Administrator or similar role
  • Experience in IT systems, networks, and related technologies
  • Solid knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security
  • Solid knowledge of the Microsoft Office 365 environment
  • Flexibility and willingness to work in an international environment
  • A team player with strong attention to detail & time management skills
  • An accurate and independent way of working
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English
